The process to request an exchange is as follows:<\/p>\n

  2. After the request is reviewed, the customer will receive a response with the instructions to follow.<\/li>\n
  3. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all packaging and tags.<\/li>\n
  4. Once the product is received, Lirio Morelo performs a quality control check, which takes approximately 2 business days. When the product status is determined and the exchange is authorized, we will proceed with the exchange. <\/li>\n
