Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. All shipments to Colombia are FREE.
We work with partner carriers and are subject to their terms and conditions.
All shipments originate from MedellÃn, Antioquia. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Yes, this service is only available in MedellÃn and its metropolitan area (Caldas, La Estrella, Sabaneta, Itagüi, Envigado, Bello, Copacabana).
Same-day delivery must be requested before 12:00 PM on the same day. The shipping cost will depend on the delivery address and availability of our partner carriers.

For international shipments, delivery time is 5-15 business days depending on the destination, starting from the purchase date.

Are all taxes included in the price?
Duties and taxes are not included in the price. International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs fees charged by their country. Lirio Morelo ships all international orders with delivery duties unpaid (DDU).
Limits for duty-free packages are set by local customs authorities. We recommend that you check your local customs website for estimated costs.
Note: If you choose to refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs duties and shipping costs from your country to Lirio Morelo. These fees, in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
