You can request an exchange when you require a different size, model, or type of product than the one originally ordered. Exchanges will be made for an equal or higher value.

Yes, items on sale or promotion are eligible for exchange, subject to availability.

Exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days of receiving the order. The item to be exchanged must be unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the merchandise, Lirio Morelo reserves the right to deny the exchange if the merchandise does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

The process to request an exchange is as follows:

  1. Write to our WhatsApp line before the 15 calendar days after receiving the product to +57 322 7669558, stating the reason for the exchange and if you require an identical or different product.
  2. After the request is reviewed, the customer will receive a response with the instructions to follow.
  3. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all packaging and tags.
  4. Once the product is received, Lirio Morelo performs a quality control check, which takes approximately 2 business days. When the product status is determined and the exchange is authorized, we will proceed with the exchange.
  5. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to our address. All exchanges must be sent to: Carrera 31 # 19-445, Conjunto Bosque Santo, Torre 2 Apto 1606. Medellín, Antioquia.
  6. Lirio Morelo reserves the right to deny the exchange if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.

Warranties

The legal warranty is understood as the obligation of LIRIO MORELO to respond for the quality, suitability, and good condition of its products.

If the item you purchased has manufacturing defects, you have complied with all care and washing recommendations, and the warranty term offered to you has not expired, you can process your warranty claim with LIRIO MORELO.

Warranties must be claimed within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. The merchandise to be exchanged must be unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.

The warranty claim must be notified in writing in advance to soporte@liriomorelo.com. This warranty does not cover defects due to misuse, washing, storage, or similar. If you receive a damaged or defective item, LIRIO MORELO will be responsible for the exchange, and all relevant costs will be assumed.

Returns

A purchase may only be returned when LIRIO MORELO cannot fulfill the requested order or when the product is in a deteriorated state or has quality defects (production). Under no circumstances will LIRIO MORELO accept refunds to the buyer for reasons other than those described above.

If this is not the case, an exchange can be made for a different size, model, or type of product.

International Shipping
Exchanges or Returns

Lirio Morelo ships internationally with the help of partner carriers. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please choose carefully.

If a purchased item is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
